How to make the most of a short front
Go up to the ceiling. That last row of tall cabinets is the cheapest storage there is, and it’s where things go that you use twice a year.
Column instead of low furniture. Oven and microwave at eye level: you don’t have to bend down and free up the entire bottom for drawers.
Drawers, not doors. You can see what’s there at a glance and it holds quite a bit more.
