Simple Kitchens in Torrevieja

We have been fitting simple kitchens in Torrevieja for years, so we know the homes in the area. You get a fixed price before we start and the delivery date in writing.

In Torrevieja, we mainly work on flats in the old town built between the seventies and the nineties: long kitchens of four or five square metres, with a utility balcony at the back and tiling up to the ceiling. The usual refit makes use of that balcony, takes the wall units all the way up and swaps doors for drawers to gain the storage the floor plan does not give.

Everything in one wall. It is the option for small apartments, rentals, and second homes: less construction, shorter time frame, and the most budget-friendly from the catalog, without compromising the quality of the fittings.

Economical does not mean bad.

What makes an online kitchen cheaper is that there are fewer meters of furniture, less countertop, and fewer hours of assembly. It’s not that the materials are worse.

We install the same hardware and provide the same warranty as in a large custom kitchen. If someone offers you a price far below, check the edge of the furniture and the guides of the drawers: that’s where the cuts are made.

How to make the most of a short front

  • Lift up to the ceiling. The row of tall cabinets all the way up is the cheapest storage available.
  • Column instead of low furniture. Oven and microwave at eye level free up the bottom for drawers.
  • Drawers, not doors. You can see what’s inside without bending down and there’s more space.

Simple kitchens in Torrevieja

A single run, fitted in days, at the keenest price. It works well in flats, bungalows and detached houses, from the sixties to the eighties, with some new builds, especially where the kitchen is used daily and nothing more is needed.

It is not a lower-quality kitchen: it is less of it. And there is one more thing about the area: the salt air, which eats away at the hardware. On top of that, a lot of the properties are holiday lets, so the work has to fit around dates with no bookings.

Frequently asked questions

What does the quote for a kitchen renovation in Torreviejainclude?
Each project is different, but at a minimum, it includes all the modules, doors, handles, guides, countertop, sink with faucet and assembly, including the extractor hood. We can also add appliances, cooktop (induction or ceramic). In the project, we will need to assess whether electrical and plumbing work is required, and even if it is necessary to carry out a gas installation, which will be done by an authorized professional.
Is the dismantling of the old kitchen included?
Yes, we take the old kitchen out ourselves.
Is the removal of debris included?
Yes, we take away all the debris. We handle the removal ourselves in Torrevieja, at no extra cost.
How much does a countertop cost?
A laminate one is around €35 per linear metre. There are many types of countertop and each has its price.
What warranty does the renovation have?
Two years on materials and hardware, and the manufacturer is responsible for the appliances according to their own warranty. Everything in writing.
Is a work permit necessary in Torrevieja??
No, if you are only changing furniture and countertops. If walls are being altered or plumbing is being moved, then prior communication with the town hall from Torrevieja is required.
Can I stay at home during the work?
Yes. We work during normal hours, protect the passage, and clean up at the end of each day. What you won’t be able to do is cook, so it’s advisable to have a plan for those days.
How long will I be without a kitchen?
Counting from the day we start at your place: between two and three weeks for a full renovation, and less than a week if we are only changing the units. The fitting itself is two days; the rest is getting ready and whatever work is needed. We put the timeline in writing in the quote, and we fit in Torrevieja with our own team, so it does not depend on third parties.
How much does it cost to renovate a small kitchen?
It depends on the quality chosen, but for a small and economical kitchen, just the furniture without appliances, we can estimate from 250 euros per linear meter.
